"I ordered a laser printer on the 1st...got a message on the 3rd with no info. Tried to call on the 3rd and 4th...no one picked up. Finally got a hold of someone on the 7th. The rep told me the price was listed incorrectly and would not sell me the printer at that price. Are you kidding? I've now burned a week waiting for this printer. Do not use this company."

"I am purchasing a Sharp AR-M162e. Best price on the net. Helped me understand everything I need (and don't that other sites said I did) and saved our company $$. Very helpful on the telephone. I highly recommend this website!"

"I work in a school with some thousand students. My previous copier was constantly jamming and giving me trouble when I needed it most. I got no support from my seller. After two years of trouble I decided to buy a new one. Well, the people at officegrabs have spent alot of their time to teach me how to use the copier. It feels great to run of 200 booklets without fixing jamms a couple of times in between. For price and service I would definitely recommend officegrabs to anyone."
