"I put an order in on Sunday night for 10 or so custom BBQ branders. Every other website said it would take 5-7 business days just for them to ship. 5-0 BBQ had them to me by Wednesday! I wrote a note asking someone to contact me with shipping info b/c I need the product right away. They called and sent an e-mail making sure I was totally taken care of. You don't get customer service like that these days. Thanks to 5-0 BBQ for taking care of all my best man gifts promptly and on time!!! Can't wait to grill!"

"I found 5-0 bbq to be the cheapest on all their products. I ordered the primo digital thermometer and someone called me 20 mintues later and said they were on back order. He stayed in touch with me and called the second they had the shipment in (one week). the customer service was awesome and I would recommend this business for anyone. "
