This printer/burner has automated a time consuming job of manually burning and printing to easily tagging files, picking a label, and choosing how many copies. Jobs can be stacked. We just have the software installed on two workstations, and use a usb hot swap switch to share the printer. Other than the networking issue, I use this unit every day, and its a huge $$$ savings over the labor cost I spent previously.
