"Placed an order on Thursday. Today is Monday and my order still has not shipped. Called customer service, was on hold for 10 mn and not only they had no explanation they couldn't figure out where the order was except that it was in their computer. Their website says "orders received by 2PM ship the same day" well don't believe it. Also, there is NOTHING on their website to contact them by email or electronically. The only way to contact them is by phone and they only answer the phone Monday through Friday. I am not ordering from this company any more since you never know when you will get your stuff. "

"I've ordered from PureFormulas a few times now and like the fact they have some harder to find items (Standard Process, Apex Pharmaceuticals), all with good expiration dates. Their prices are good, the shipping is free, and my orders usually come within a few business days of ordering. All of these factors are big pluses in my book because I'm on a limited income and I sometimes wait to the last minute to order. Sometimes when you receive your order, they will include a coupon good for your next order. Any discount is very much appreciated although I wish the expiration dates of the coupons were longer. The only negative is my one interaction with customer service when I called to inquire about an out-of-stock item. The person was not too helpful in supplying information and seemed a bit annoyed. Maybe she was just having a bad day but it made me wonder what would happen if I had a serious problem that required me to speak with a customer service rep. Hmmm. If PureFormulas keeps up the good work, this hopefully will never be an issue. Overall, I think PureFormulas does a good job and I will continue to order from them."

"I have been very pleased with the way my orders have been handled. Even in emergency situations, last minute orders are taken care for in a very professional manner. I know that when I place a very urgent order, it will be processed fast. I am also very happy with the prices of products I am ordering. The lower prices help me a lot to make sure I get what I need for my girls to stay healthy. Simply, I can afford Pureformulas's products."
