POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: I ordered a Christmas gift on November 27th. I received an email with a UPS tracking code showing my order had sipped, but tracking code never showed valid at UPS and I did not receive the order. I called King Size on December 15th to ask where my item was, but I was told I had to wait until December 30th to complain that my order was lost. Before I had an opportunity to do this, I received a credit to my account for the product stating I had made a "return". The credit does not include the shipping charges I paid and, to date, I still am out shipping charges on an order I never received. I have contacted them two times and still have not received resolution for this issue. Very bad customer service!!
