Jobs: Account Manager
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with many of our business partners. You will be in charge of managing existing partnerships, identifying and launching new accounts, and negotiating upsells and contract renewals. Day-to-day responsibilities include analysis of key initiatives to identify market trends and upsell opportunities, managing a large client base, working with cross-functional teams in growing new business opportunities, and handling resolution of account issues.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years online sales and/or business development experience.
- Demonstrated record of success in a goal oriented, highly accountable sales environment.
- Superior phone skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgment on complex business issues.
- Strong communication skills with ability to work independently or cross functionally to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Understanding of the Internet.
- Experience in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Familiar with MS office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
