The successful candidate will:

• Deliver high-quality customer service to our existing clients
• Successfully resolve customer issues
• Have responsibility for retention and developing our key accounts in the UK market
• Be able to give feedback on how to improve our UK business
• Where necessary the successful applicant should be able to develop new business by cold calling potential clients and developing innovative email marketing campaigns to attract new clients.

Qualifications for this role:

• Previous and proven sales skills
• Excellent customer interaction skills (phone and e-mail)
• Ability to learn software technologies and systems used at NexTag
• Ability to work effectively with other departments
• Be familiar and interested in the internet
