NexTag is looking for a dynamic Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our top-notch development team and help continue innovate and improve the NexTag e-commerce platform.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Own QA of assigned product areas
• Write/update test plans that outline testing methodology, detail test cases and coverage.
• Execute the test plan and report defects during the release cycle. Assist engineering with debugging and verify fixes before the release.
• Automate test cases where it makes sense.
• Write testing tools or automation programs.
• Contribute to improving overall QA proces.
• Report to Director of QA to coordinate efforts between two sites, India and US.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• BSCS or equivalent experience
• Must have passion for quality and love of finding software bugs.
• At least 5 years experience as QA Engineer, proven track record of owning quality for major product releases.
• Experience with web based application required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment required.
• Managerial experience a plus.
