NexTag seeks Director Operations with extensive US experience who is able to permanently or temporarily relocate to our Gurgaon, India facility. Temporary relocation available for 1, 2, or 3 year term. The Director Operations will initially work at NexTag's San Mateo Headquarters to acclimate to company culture and processes. Then relocation to Gurgaon to manage aggressive hiring and augmentation of existing team to focus on timely delivery of quality product.

Requirements:

• BSEE or BSCS from a top tier university
• Expert understanding of the Internet, popular consumer internet sites and web application technologies
• At least five years in transactional Internet operation
• Managed 20+ headcount; responsible for the 24x7 Indian NOC and related operational areas
