Loved my HD 36"CRT but did not like the small picture when in HD. Saw my grandsons 47" phillips and decided to shop around. At the time Sharp had the least costly LCD 52" sets available. I selected the 92U as it had the best contrast ratio,15k vs 10k on all other sets. Picture is fantastic, looks great and easy to hook up DVDs and PS3 and sound system. I don't use the speakers that came with the set but they look good and sounded OK before I hooked up my sound sys.Overall the TV is well worth the price I paid at the time and would do it again If I had to.
