"I ordered the 6 Rack Bradley Smoker with additional Bisquettes, and 3 Bubba Pucks. The delivery of the items was received on the third business day (Wednesday) by UPS. Unfortunately the smoker was damaged. A call to Yard and Pool had the damaged smoker picked up the very next day, and a second smoker was delivered on Saturday by FedEx in good codition. I never have smoked anything before, and this smoker is easy to use. Our first try; several slabs of ribs, dry rubbed was smoked to perfection. Yard and Pool was prompt, very understanding of my concerns and performed their responsibilities to ensure my complete satisfaction. I have just completed ordering more Bisquettes from Yard and Pool. They have my vote and loyalty."
